The original deadline was set for noon Dec. 4. Nominees must live or work within the city of Sandy Springs to be eligible for nomination.The nomination form can be found online at <a href="http://spr.gs/3" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">http://spr.gs/3</a>.
