Act3 Productions, the professional-level community theater based in Sandy Springs, will raise the curtain on its 2012-2013 season with an Open House and Performance Showcase Friday, Aug. 17 at 8 p.m. Tickets are $5 for students and $10 for adults and may be purchased at www.act3productions.org. The event will be held at the Act3 Playhouse, 6285-R Roswell Road, and seats are limited.
Guests will have a chance to mix and mingle with Act3 Productions’ professional staff and actors, and will be treated to refreshments, as well as readings and performances of musical numbers from each of the upcoming shows. There will also be information available about youth programming, classes and workshops.
