Act3 Productions, the professional-level community theater based in Sandy Springs, will present Improvised Fairy Tale, Atlanta’s only improv show designed specifically for children. The young audience determines the story, setting and even the costumes for the afternoon’s tale of “Once Upon a Time”. "This show is a great way to introduce young kids to live theater," said Jesse Cramer, Act3's Director of Improv. "There is no need to keep them quiet. In fact, the louder and more involved the kids are, the better the show will be! It's great fun for the whole family."
Act3 Productions is home to two improvisational companies. The Mainstage Improv Troupe features adult professional improvisers who have performed across the country and the Youth Improv Troupe is Atlanta’s only performing ensemble of middle and high school students, age 11-18. The ensembles perform at Act 3 Playhouse and are also available to entertain outside the theater for birthday parties, corporate events or any special occasion. www.act3productions.org
