- The South Fulton Police Department is investigating a Tuesday afternoon crash that left two people dead. The incident occurred near the intersection of Jonesboro Road and Bethsaida Road. The victims' names have not been released by the department and it is unclear if the victims were in the same car at the time of the incident. (WSB Atlanta)

The center cited recent low patient admission numbers as the primary reason for the transition.
