Fire Destroys Home in Sandy Springs
The house was fully engulfed by the time Sandy Springs Fire-Rescue crews arrived on the scene.
SANDY SPRINGS, GA -- A home is a total loss after a fire destroyed the residence early Thursday afternoon in Sandy Springs.
Fire crews are currently on the scene of the fire in the 3000 block of River North Parkway, which sits off Riverside Drive near Johnson Ferry Road.
The two-story structure was fully engulfed by the time first responders arrived on the scene, said city spokesperson Dan Coffer.

No injuries were reported, and the cause and origin of the fire remains under investigation, Coffer stated.
