"Your ability to contribute positively to the quality of life in our communities does not end at a certain age," said Senior Services Department Director Dr. Pamela Roshell. "Seniors are never too old to participate in activities that enhance our communities while they also contribute to their own continued physical, mental and emotional well-being."
