GDOT Plans To Demolish Portion of Northridge Road Bridge Over GA 400
The work will start Friday evening and continue through Monday, Oct. 6 in Sandy Springs
The Georgia Department of Transportation plans to demolish the southern section of the existing bridge along Northridge Road over S.R. 400, according to the city of Sandy Springs’ Facebook page.
Work will take place from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. Friday, Sept. 26 through Saturday, Sept. 27. Night work will resume Monday, Sept. 29 through Thursday, Oct. 2 from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. Weekend work will resume from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. Friday, Oct. 3 through Monday, Oct. 6.
Motorists should expect delays as the demolition project continues.
