Golf Tournament Raises Funds To Help Officers in Times of Crisis

Residents who like to hit the links can do so for a good cause later this month.
The annual Sandy Springs Police Benevolent Fund Charity Golf Tournament will be held March 30 at Cherokee Town & Country Club.

Registration for the event starts at 8 a.m., with a shotgun start at 10 a.m. An awards ceremony will take place at 3 p.m. following the tournament.
The tournament, which will be organized in a four-person scramble format, raises money for the Sandy Springs Police Benevolent Fund, which is utilized to help law enforcement officers and their families in times of crisis.
