Good Mews Animal Foundation has extended its annual Spring Flea Market and is offering 50% off most items Saturday May 23, 10am-5pm. The Flea Market will be held in Sandy Springs at 6317 Roswell Rd, Suite 6331, behind BB&T Bank and in the same shopping center as Hudson Grille.

East Cobb’s Good Mews is one of the few virtually cage-free, no-kill cat shelters in the state of Georgia. Since 1988, Good Mews has placed over 7,000 cats in permanent homes. Good Mews receives no government support, relying solely on donations of time, service and money from supporters, the public, and area businesses. Good Mews is home to approximately 100 residents at any given time, with another 30 to 40 cats in foster care or the HALO program, which allows cats with severe and/or chronic medicals needs to find homes with Good Mews continuing to provide the medical care related to that condition. Good Mews has an average adoption rate of 350 cats per year.
