Hammond Park To Host Community Egg Hunt on Saturday

The event will be held March 28 at the park's Turf Field in Sandy Springs.

Sandy Springs residents and their children are invited to come out to Hammond Park on Saturday and take part in a Community Egg Hunt.

The event, set for March 28, will include egg hunts for children, face painting and a chance for children to check out the fire trucks that are slated to be in attendance.

Egg hunt times are 10:30 a.m. for children ages 1-3, 11 a.m. for children ages 4-6 and 11:30 a.m. for children ages 7-9. Residents are encouraged to arrive early for registration, which will start at 10 a.m. at the Hammond Park Turf Field.

The event is primarily coordinated by the North Perimeter Optimist Club in cooperation with the Sandy Springs Recreation and Parks Department.
