The American Girl Club® presents Halloween with Molly, a monthly program lets participants travel through history through the perspectives of the brave and spunky historic characters of the beloved series, while learning history in an interactive and fun way.
This month, you can celebrate Halloween with Molly by decorating mini pumpkins, growing a victory garden, creating Tootsie Roll Pop ghosts, enjoying a cake walk and much more. Come in costume and don’t forget to bring your favorite doll! This event is best suited for children ages 5-12. RSVPs required, and can be done so by clicking here.
The cost to attend is $10 for non-members and $8 for members.
Last, but not least, is the Kids’ Halloween Party. This free event allows children to celebrate Halloween traditions from both the past and present in conjunction with our new exhibit Sandy Springs: Then & Now.
Kids will play Halloween games from the turn of the century- bobbing for apples, catching donuts, and making masks, while also enjoying modern Halloween traditions by having a mummy rolling contest, and spooky snacks. Be sure to come in costume!
The American Girl Club Halloween with Molly and Kids Halloween events will be held at the Heritage Sandy Springs Museum, which is located at 6075 Sandy Springs Circle.
