Holy Innocents' Cross Country Teams Come Up Golden
Girls and boys' varsity cross-country teams both took first place at the Run Wild Invitational in Macon Sept. 24.

For the first time in Holy Innocents’ Episcopal school history, both the the girls’ and boys’ varsity cross country squads brought home first place trophies at the same event. The success took place Wednesday afternoon, Sept. 24, in Macon at the 3rd Annual Run Wild Invitational, hosted by Warner Robbins High School.
The girls scored 42 points, easily outdistancing the second-place squad by 51 points, while the boys tallied 56 points, winning by 37 points. Both squads took the championships among 16 teams, under the leadership of Coaches Dunn Neugebauer and Stephen Jayaraj.
