Northside Hospital's Sandy Springs, Canton and Cumming campuses will issue "official" excuses to those who miss the NFC Championship game.

SANDY SPRINGS, GA -- Sunday’s NFC Championship Game will have millions of Georgians glued to their devices.

However, some Falcons fans will have an excuse to miss the game. Northside Hospital is awarding parents of babies born anytime during the game with an “official pass.”

The Certificate of Recognition will be awarded to parents who did not get to watch it live and will serve as, “the official excuse for your friends, family and colleagues who watched the game while you were having a #NorthsideBaby.”
