Indoor Cycling Studio To Open At City Springs

TURN Indoor Cycling + Strength, which will open in March, will host various pop-up rides in Sandy Springs leading up to its debut.

SANDY SPRINGS, GA — TURN Indoor Cycling + Strength will open its boutique fitness center in the City Springs redevelopment project in the heart of the city.

The concept, slated to open in March, was created by owner Ashley Francis and is the "ultimate fitness destination for strengthening body, mind and community through revolutionary, yet approachable, indoor cycling and strength classes," the company said.

“At TURN, our goal is to provide a challenging, motivational and fun fitness experience to each and every customer,” said Francis. “We empower through our mantra – #staygold – encouraging clients to strive for success and personal growth, while staying true to oneself. I’m looking forward to sharing TURN with Atlanta and the Sandy Springs community.”

TURN will offer a range of diverse fitness classes to provide a dynamic workout for everyone from the avid athlete to the inner dancer. In the cycling studio, guests can look forward to both rhythm and performance rides, as well as specialty rides like “Doubleshots,” which incorporates a full-body, cardio-meets-strength-training routine, and “Ride 101” for the new cycler.

Committed to community involvement, TURN will routinely host Ride for Change donation-based classes, with all proceeds going to a designated local charity. Private ride sessions will also be available, whether in studio or off-site, perfect for corporate team building events, bachelorette parties and birthdays. In Studio B, guests can expect kickboxing, HIIT, TRX training, dance classes and more.

Leading these classes is TURN’s instructor team of unparalleled talent, including lead instructor Samantha Knight. With more than three years of teaching spin and a passion for the bike, Knight will bring challenging, yet motivational courses to the studio.

To provide the community with an exclusive sneak peek of the studio, TURN is hosting a variety of pop-up rides throughout Sandy Springs leading up to the opening. On Saturday, January 20, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., TURN is partnering with Whole Foods Market Sandy Springs and Make-A-Wish Foundation for the first event of the year – Twenty-eightTURN pop-up ride.

The $30 donation-based ride, hosted on the patio of Whole Foods located at 5930 Roswell Road, will feature instruction from famed Stages Cycling master trainer Javier Santin, a live DJ, popular Whole Foods’ vendors and more.
