Madden has a record of "demonstrated success in implementing and monitoring teaching and learning strategies that are rigorous and yield notable results," the system noted.

"He is an advocate for building a school culture that fosters shared decision-making and leadership within professional learning communities," Fulton schools said.

Madden holds a bachelor’s degree in Middle Grades Education and a specialist’s degree in Leadership and Administration from Georgia College and State University and a master’s degree in Education from Albany State University.
