Knife-Wielding Sexual Assault Suspect Remains At Large
The victim was found lying on the side of the road in Sandy Springs by two citizens.

SANDY SPRINGS, GA -- Sandy Springs detectives continue to look for the man accused of sexually assaulting a woman who was found bleeding severely on the side of the road.
ChatComm 911 dispatched officers to the call around 4:54 a.m. Oct. 19 on Concourse Parkway at Hammond Drive.
According to an incident report released by Sandy Springs police, two men came upon a woman bleeding profusely from her left hand and right bicep alongside the road.

The victim said she was walking through the office complex at 980 Hammond Drive when she was approached by the suspect as she sat on the sidewalk, the report states.
The suspect, described as a black male with "light facial hair," made small talk with her and identified himself as a security guard, the report states. At that point, the woman told police the suspect grabbed her breast and tried to put his penis in her mouth.

"She advised that during the incident, the subject yielded a switchblade knife and utilized it during the assault," the report states.
The victim was transported to North Fulton Hospital for treatment of her wounds. She also told police the man who allegedly attacked her was wearing jeans with holes in both of the knees.
