• Observed pan of chicken stored on trash can on front line. Do not use trash can as a table. Use small prep tables.
• Do not sit eggs out next to grill. Eggs must remain cold at all times.
• Do not stop keeping breakfast food hot until the food is ready to be removed. If still on line and open then it should still be hot.
• Do not use hand soap/hand sink to wash thermometer. Use dish sink.

• Do not store rice scoops in plain standing water. Standing water must be maintained 135 degrees or higher to have utensils stored in it.
• Do not reuse ANY retail food containers. Once retail food item is used container must be discarded.
• Observed netting around patio not fullly closed but the collapsing wall was open. Either fully screen or close walls.
