• Observed broken/inaccurate unit thermometers. Replace.
• Observed damp cloth stored on chicken breast improperly.
• No watches, rings, bracelets allowed except a solid wedding band.
• No cloth buckets set up on last station. Observed towel rinsed in sink to wipe.
• Observed staff handle raw shrimp and then ready to eat food with same gloves.
• Observed knife wiped with towel after wiping board.
• Observed bowl for rice stored in plain/standing water.
• Facility still improperly reusing old retail food containers.
• Stirrers must be individually wrapped same as straws.
• Observed staff improperly wash gloves (in wrong sink for hand washing).
