SANDY SPRINGS, GA -- Weather permitting, the Georgia Department of Transportation contractors will close one lane on Riverside Drive on Sandy Springs to continue its project to build roundabouts at the road's signalized ramps at Interstate 285. The closure is scheduled to take place between Cold Stream Court and Fair Oaks Manor from: <ul><li>9 p.m. Sunday, July 24 to 5 a.m. Monday, July 25;</li><li>9 p.m. Monday, July 25 to 5 a.m. Tuesday, July 26;</li><li>9 p.m. Tuesday, July 26 to 5 a.m Wednesday, July 27;</li><li>9 p.m. Wednesday, July 27 to 5 a.m. Thursday, July 28; and</li><li>9 p.m. Thursday, July 28 to 5 a.m. Friday, July 29. </li></ul>Of course, motorists are encouraged to reduce their speed while traveling through work zones, pay attention and watch for workers. ---Image via Shutterstock
