"Meat" the Farmer Dinner with Double Zero and Brasstown Beef

Join Double Zero for a “Meat” the Farmer dinner in collaboration with local farmBrasstown Beef on Monday, May 16, at 6:30 p.m. The dinner will include a special cocktail, one local beer pairing and passed small bites and four courses highlighting Brasstown Beef. Seats are $79 and can be purchased by calling Double Zero at 404.991.3666.

The menu is as follows:

Amuse - Passed small bites

Course one - Teres major tartare, crispy beef tendons

Course two - Crispy short plate, steamed buns, Asian inspired family style vegetable, slaws, sauces

Course three - Whole flank and skirt steaks, communal sauces, demi, chimichurri picnic salads, tomato, corn, grilled spring onion

Course four - Bone marrow custard

For later – House-made jerky, assorted flavors
