MendenFreiman LLP Continues Growth With Alden K. Corrigan

MendenFreiman is pleased to announce that Alden K. Corrigan has joined the firm as an associate. She was previously employed with Mazursky Constantine LLC.

Alden will practice in MendenFreiman’s business; tax; and wills, trusts and estate planning practice groups. Her most recent experience includes advising business clients on compliance with federal, state and local laws that impact employee benefit plans, including ERISA, the IRC, HIPAA and the Affordable Care Act.

“The addition of Alden, like many of our hires this year, has been to solidify and expand our business representation and estate planning capabilities in Atlanta to serve the growing needs of our clients,” said cofounding partner, George D. Alden is a member of the State Bars of Georgia and Virginia. She received her undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University, her Juris Doctor from The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law, and her Masters of Law (LL.M.) in Taxation from New York University School of Law.
