MendenFreiman Welcomes Max R. Lafer

MendenFreiman LLP is pleased to announce that Max R. Lafer has joined the firm as an associate attorney in its business law and outside general counsel practice area. He brings more than six years of experience providing legal counsel to small and medium-sized businesses on a variety of corporate and transactional matters, including business and corporate representation, entity structuring, incentive plans, licensing agreements, employment law and related agreements, trademark and copyright clearance and related registration.

Max received undergraduate degrees from Binghamton University in philosophy, politics and law, and history. He then earned a master’s degree in criminal justice from the State University of New York at Albany before receiving his law degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 2010. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the New York State Bar Association.
