Previously he was with the Graham-Naylor Agency, which merged with Sterling Risk Advisors in September 2013. His insurance industry expertise includes:

In addition to his time with Graham-Naylor Agency (31 years), he was a litigation claims coordinator with Crum and Forster insurance companies.

He received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Georgia.
Ottwiller serves on the Board of Directors of the Georgia Center for Child Advocacy. He is a former Big Brother in the Big Brother/Big Sister Program of Metro Atlanta, coached youth soccer for many years and is on the newly formed Soccer Bowl 2013 Executive Committee. He and his wife Dana live in Sandy Springs with their five rescue dogs.
