First, today's weather:

Here are the top three stories in Sandy Springs today:
- The Sandy Springs City Council has voted to maintain the same millage rate for 2022. The rate will remain at 4.731 mills, which is the same rate that the city has used for the last five years. Despite the rate remaining the same, property taxes will increase by 3.85 percent due to increased property values. (The Atlanta Journal Constitution)
- According to the Fulton County District Attorney, Mariah Carey, Marlo Hampton, Falcons wide receiver Calvin Ridley, and Atlanta United goalkeeper Brad Guzan were among the targets of the recent celebrity robbery spree. On Monday, District Attorney Fani Willis announced a 220-count indictment against gang members who allegedly robbed the homes. The gang members are also accused of threatening victims and attempting to kidnap some. (NY Daily News)
- A fire on Interstate 285 in Fulton County shut down all southbound lanes on Wednesday. The fire was reported around 11:30 a.m. and the lanes reopened around 1:00 p.m. The Georgia Department of Transportation has not indicated what caused the fire. (Fox 5 Atlanta)
