The man told Sandy Springs police he stripped down because he was "frustrated" with a business dispute.

SANDY SPRINGS, GA -- An East Point man decided to bare it all to customers enjoying their meals at a Sandy Springs Waffle House.
Police arrested and charged Bashir H. Rasheed, 36, with public indecency following the June 7 incident.
According to an incident report released by Sandy Springs police, officers were called around 3:23 p.m. to the restaurant at 5565 Northside Drive.

The caller told police a man drove to the restaurant in his BMW, stepped out of the vehicle in his birthday suit and was holding his jeans in one hand and his penis in the other.
The man, later identified as Rasheed, walked inside the restaurant. When he was asked to leave, Rasheed departed the establishment, but not before he allegedly rubbed his crotch against the front door, the report states.

According to WSB-TV, one customer videotaped the incident, and said Rasheed walked back and forth outside the Waffle House.
Rasheed dropped his jeans in front of the Waffle House and left the scene in his vehicle. Police were able to track him down near 6450 Powers Ferry Road and began to question the man about the incident.
Rasheed was "slightly incoherent" while police questioned him, the report states.
"He could answer most questions, such as where he was, but was unable to provide a clear reason as to why he was naked," according to the report. "He advised me that he took his clothes off at Waffle House because he was frustrated due to some business dealings, but was unable to provide any further information."
Rasheed, who police said admitted he was naked at Waffle House, was transported to Northside Hospital for an evaluation. He was cited and released on a copy of the public indecency charges.
