New Mexican Restaurant Opens in Sandy Springs

SANDY SPRINGS, GA -- A new spin on Mexican cuisine is now open for you to explore in Sandy Springs.

CT Cocina & Taqueria at 6631 Roswell Road Suite I, recently opened to the public. The restaurant boasts traditional Mexican and Latin dishes with a touch of international flavors.

Its innovative menu includes a variety of tacos such as a pork belly taco topped off with cruda verde tomatillo salsa and chicharron, portobello tacos, tempura snapper tacos, barbacoa brisket, grilled outside skirt steak, among others, all served on handmade tortillas.

Each dish contains staple ingredients, along with bold international flavors to give each dish a unique and delicious kick.

Of course, CT offers a lineup of delicious margaritas, from the traditional to flavored ones such as cucumber or jalapeño, and mescal cocktails.

The restaurant, located in the Abernathy Square shopping center, is open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday to Thursday, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 11 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Sunday.
