New Year's Eve Weather in Sandy Springs

New Year’s Eve temperatures will go from comfortable to cool to cold across much of Sandy Springs and north Georgia, according to the National Weather Service.

A mostly sunny forecast during the day Wednesday is expected to push temperatures up to the low 50s. At 6 p.m., temperatures will be in the 40s across the region.

By midnight, Sandy Springs should see temperatures in the upper 30s, with temperatures lower in the suburbs and closer to 30 degrees in the northernmost suburbs.

The weather New Year’s Day: mostly sunny with a high near 50 degrees. But the sun isn’t expected to linger too long this week. Rain returns to the forecast on Friday and Saturday.
