Paws And Pastries Event Set For Sept. 5 In Sandy Springs
The City of Sandy Springs' first Paws and Pastries social event includes dog treats, tennis balls, and pastries.
SANDY SPRINGS, GA — Let the dogs off the leash for the City of Sandy Springs’ first Paws and Pastries social event from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sept. 5 at the Morgan Falls Dog Park. This socially distanced event from the Recreation and Parks Department will be PAW-some for four-legged friends. The event includes dog treats, tennis balls and pastries. It is a free event, but registration is required at registration.sandyspringsga.gov as spots are limited to ensure adequate social distancing.
Morgan Falls Dog Park, located at 100 Morgan Falls Road, provides two fenced-in areas separating the small pups from the big dogs. Participants are asked to bring their furry friend’s bowl and water to minimize sharing between dogs. For the health and safety of all human participants, the city asks all to wear a mask.
