Police Issue Arrest Warrants For Murder Suspect

Detectives with the Sandy Springs Police Department have issued arrest warrants for a man charged with killing a 31-year-old resident Monday evening.

Police are looking for 29-year-old Juan Aviilez Dominguez connection to the murder of a male resident at the Parc at Dunwoody apartment complex on Brentwood Way, which sits off Pitts Road, the agency said on Tuesday.

According to an incident report released by the agency, an officer was dispatched at 9:28 p.m. June 22 to an apartment unit inside the residential development.

The person who called 911 reported that her “brother killed someone and the body was on the couch of the residence,” the incident report states.

Officers arrived on the scene and found a man lying on the living room sofa who appeared to be dead from a gunshot wound.

Dominguez is 5’5”, weighs between 130 and 150 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes. The suspect is “considered armed and dangerous,” Sandy Springs police spokesperson Sgt. Ron Momon said.

“Any other details surrounding the murder are unknown other than the suspect informing his 13-year-old sister and parents that he killed the victim,” he added.
