Police Seek To Identify Office Burglar

Sandy Springs police are asking residents to help them identify an alleged office burglar.

The unidentified man entered an office located at 5775 Glenridge Drive around 2:30 p.m. July 1 and allegedly stole two wallets from office employees, the agency said in a press release.
The suspect also tried to use credit and debit cards at gas stations on Boulevard in Atlanta, police said.

One victim told police her green wallet containing a small amount of money, two credit cards, one debit card, a check book and several gift cards was taken from her purse, which was on the floor area of her private office space, according to an incident report released by Sandy Springs police.
Another victim reported to police that her brown leather wallet containing $75, two credit cards, one debit card and several gift cards was also stolen, another incident report stated.
Anyone who knows the identity of the perpetrator is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 404-577-TIPS.
