Reminder: GDOT Will Close 2 Lanes on GA 400 at Northridge Road

Weather permitting, contractors with the Georgia Department of Transportation rebuilding the Georgia 400 interchange at Northridge Road will close two of four northbound lanes overnight this week.

The schedule for the lane closures is as follows:

• 10 p.m. Monday, Oct. 6 to 5 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 7;
• 10 p.m. Tuesday to 5 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 8;
• 10 p.m. Wednesday to 5 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 9;
• 10 p.m. Thursday to 5 a.m. Friday, Oct. 10; and
• 10 p.m. Friday continuously to 5 a.m. Monday, Oct. 13.

The closures will take take place on the northbound side of the Northridge Road interchange, which sits two miles north of the North Springs MARTA Station in Sandy Springs.

Motorists are strongly encouraged to slow down throughout work area and to be particularly cautious, as workers and heavy equipment will be in close proximity to the roadway.
