Report: Cousins Properties To Buy NorthPark Town Center

The Atlanta Business Chronicle is reporting Cousins Properties Inc. has entered into a contract to purchase the NorthPark Town Center office complex.

According to the publication, the developer has agreed to purchase the 1.5 million-square-foot complex for roughly $340 million.

The complex was put up for sale by AEW Capital Management and Bank of Ireland earlier this year and Eastdil Secured is overseeing the sale, the Chronicle said.

The mixed-use Northpark Town Center complex includes three buildings — 400 NorthPark, 500 NorthPark and 600 NorthPark — and is located in the Perimeter Central business district. It sits along Abernathy Road at Georgia 400, and has direct access to the Sandy Springs MARTA station.
