The Fulton County Department of Health and Wellness conducted food service inspections March 1-8 at the following establishments:

- Observed failure to provide proof of certified food safety manager certification onsite. Facility must have a certified food safety manager.
- Observed vegan stew maintaining a hot holding temperature of 127 degrees F. All hot held foods must maintain a hot holding temperature of 135 degrees F or higher. Item was reheated to 201 degrees F and placed back in hot holding unit.
- All cold holding units must have thermometers able to accurately measure ambient temperature inside of unit.
- In use utensils must either be stored dry and cleaned as necessary or stored in water maintaining temperatures of 135 degrees F or higher.
- Must have test strips able to measure the concentration of the sanitizer being used.

- Observed concentration of sanitizer in buckets well above 200 parts per million. Chlorine sanitizer must have a concentration between 50 and 100 parts per million.
- Observed cold holding units without internal thermometers.
- Observed food items in walk-in cooler and dry storage area in containers on the floor. Everything must be stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
- Observed preset silverware left exposed at customer seating areas. Tableware must be stored so as to prevent contamination.
- Observed failure by dish machine to diffuse chlorine sanitizer on to dishes. Must discontinue use or sanitize dishes manually until machine is fixed.
- Education provided for the following observations: Items must be labeled for their intended purpose or labeled as "not in use"; Shellstock tags shall remain attached to the container in which the shellstock tags are received until the container is empty (53)." Items that are ready-to-eat, potentially hazardous, and been held for over 24 hours must have a date marking and may not be held for over 7 days; Make sure to asterisk item on menu that could potentially cause food borne illness.
