  • Observed hand made chlorine sanitizer with concentration well above 200 parts per million. Two attempts made. Chlorine sanitizing solution must have a concentration between 50 and 100 parts per million.
  • Observed containers of food stored on the floor in main kitchen area. Must be at least 6 inches off the floor.
  • Observed wet wiping cloths stored on counters throughout front food service area. Wet wiping cloths must be stored in sanitizing solution when not in use.
  • Observed build-up of food debris on non food contact surfaces throughout kitchen.
  • Observed container of pills stored with pre-packaged consumer food. Employee personal items must be stored in a designated area.
