Riverwood Charter Student Recognized For Tutoring Program

A Riverwood International Charter School student has been recognized for her work in creating a unique tutoring program for her fellow classmates.
Nikunj Jinan created a tutoring program, Kids Teach It Forward, that improves race relations through interaction with tutors of different races as well as through academic instruction.
The student was recognized with a certificate of achievement at the 10th Anniversary Princeton Prize in Race Relations Award Ceremony.
The Princeton Club is a national service program that recognizes outstanding high school students who work to improve race relations in their communities.
