The 2017 Riverwood International Charter School Career Fair has openings for a few more businesses.

From Riverwood International Charter School: The 2017 Riverwood International Charter School Career Fair has openings for a few more businesses. Please contact Riverwood Foundation parent volunteer Pam Jones (p3jones@yahoo.com) to claim a free space at the Friday, March 3rd event. This year’s fair is from 10am-12pm in the school’s tournament gym.

The Riverwood Career Fair brings together 10 - 12th graders, experienced professionals in the community, and educational institutions so that students can explore pathways available to them upon graduation. Some organizations also view the Career Fair as an opportunity to connect with students to fill internships and summer jobs.

The goals of the Career Fair are to:
  • To provide students with information on different occupations and career opportunities
  • To expose students to businesses located within the Sandy Springs community
  • To expose students to advantages of High School Diploma, STEM careers and College Degrees
  • To engage organizations in school-related activities
  • To grow our students academically, culturally, and professionally
  • To provide an opportunity for organizations to meet RICS students who could be part of your future workforce

Riverwood is proud of its diverse, highly motivated student body and the numerous academic tracks the school offers to prepare its students for post-secondary placement and the workforce.
