Riverwood Students Attend Thespian Conference
Several Sandy Springs students recently attended the 2015 Georgia Thespian Conference, which was held in Columbus.

Riverwood International Charter School in Sandy Springs recently sent 14 students to the 2015 Georgia Thespian Conference, commonly called ThesCon.
Those students — Megan Cohen, Isabel Dever, Brett Feldman, Abigail Gibson, Maria Jackson, Max Kantor, Gina Karseboom, Sadie llop, Emma McConnell, Madison McConnell, Lucy Mulkeen, Stephi Peifke, Tianna Seidel, and Madeleine Sibert — got to experience a weekend of theatre and its various components.

Held in downtown Columbus, students from all over the state converged the first weekend of February for a full slate of workshops, performances and even college auditions.
Sponsored by the Georgia Thespians, a chapter of the Education Theatre Association, ThesCon encourages, promotes, advocates and celebrates theatre excellence in schools and communities.
