This LEED certified, $18.5 million house will include 31 handicap accessible guest rooms and an indoor treehouse to aid families in the healing process through play. The new house is expected to improve the quality of healthcare in Atlanta as more families will have a place to stay, according to the company’s press release.

According to its website, the current capacity is 11 bedrooms and the house has hosted more than 9,600 families since opening its doors in 1994.

In 2013, 194 families were served at this house.
