Sandy Springs Artsapalooza Set For April 21-22 (ICYMI)

SANDY SPRINGS, GA — The seventh annual Sandy Springs Artsapalooza will return to the heart of the city this weekend.

Presented by The Atlanta Foundation For Public Spaces, this popular event set for Saturday, April 21 and Sunday, April 22 will bring more than 150 painters, photographers, sculptors, leather and metal craft persons, glass blowers, jewelers to city for residents to explore.

Festival goers will have a chance to view artist demonstrations, participate in hands-on art activities and enjoy live acoustic performances.

The two-day festival will also have a children's area, gourmet food trucks with healthy alternatives and beverages. The festival is free to attend, open to all ages, and dogs are welcome. The festival will be held at Century Springs at 6100 Lake Forrest Drive NE. Festival hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. April 21 and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. April 22.

The Atlanta Foundation for Public Spaces, LLC was established in 2005 to support the arts community by operating arts and craft events and festivals in the metro Area. The organization was created with a mission to integrate and encourage both social interactions and the opportunity for individuals and businesses to obtain cross exposures in marketplaces that they may normally not have.
