Sandy Springs Man Wanted On Rape Charges Arrested in New Jersey

A Sandy Springs man who was wanted on a slew of charges has been apprehended in New Jersey.

Lynn Settle, 37, was arrested on Thursday by the U.S. Marshal’s New York/New Jersey Fugitive Task Force on Thursday in Jersey City, according to The Jersey Journal. He was arrested without incident by the federal agency on a fugitive from justice warrant.

The Fulton County Sheriff’s Office had taken warrants out for Settle’s arrest on rape, aggravated sexual battery, aggravated battery, aggravates assault, false imprisonment and theft charges.

Settle is currently being held without bond at the Hudson County, New Jersey, jail, the media outlet reports.
