UPDATE: Sandy Springs Nightclub Shooting Victim Dies
The shooting occurred around 2 a.m. in the parking lot behind Taboo 2 Bar & Bistro.

UPDATE at 8:46 a.m.: The 38-year-old victim of the overnight shooting died from his gunshot wounds at North Fulton Hospital, Sandy Springs police spokesperson Capt. Steve Rose said.
The victim’s identity is still being withheld pending notification of the family.
“At this time the only suspect information is that of at least one black male who fled the location in a sedan,” Rose said. “The motive for the shooting is still not known.”

The Sandy Springs Police Department is investigating a shooting that left one person injured outside a night club.

The shooting took place around 2 a.m. Monday in the parking lot behind Taboo 2 Bar & Bistro, located at 6075 Roswell Road, Sandy Springs police spokesperson Capt. Steve Rose said.
One man was transported to North Fulton Hospital and is undergoing treatment at the facility’s trauma center.
Capt. Rose stated there is no information on a suspect at this time, and the name of the victim is being withheld pending family notification. No motive for the shooting has been determined.
