Sandy Springs Police Seek IDs of Suspects in Burglary Spree
The agency on Tuesday released surveillance footage of two suspects who allegedly burglarized eight businesses last week.

The Sandy Springs Police Department has released surveillance footage that captured two suspects they say burglarized several businesses along Roswell Road.
A total of eight establishments were targeted around 3:45 a.m. Friday, Oct. 17, Sandy Springs police spokesperson Sgt. Ron Momon told Patch last week.
The incidents occurred at: Valero Gas Station at 5345 Roswell Road; Starbucks at 5610 Roswell Road; Pizza Hut at 6385 Roswell Road; Chevron at 6385 Roswell Road; Taco Bell at 6560 Roswell Road; Canton Cooks II at 6690 Roswell Road; Hinton Savvy Liquor Store at 6690 Roswell Road; and Perk-n-Pooch at 6690 Roswell Road.

A U-Haul truck was spotted leaving Taco Bell with its headlights turned off, Momon added.
“The U-Haul drove off at a high rate of speed into a neighboring apartment complex and crashed,” he said.

The suspects jumped out and fled from responding officers. The U-Haul was recovered with stolen property, which included cash registers, rolls of coins, receipts and other items.
The vehicle was impounded for processing of evidence and stolen property.
