Sandy Springs To Provide Fulton County Board Of Registration And Elections Use Of Heritage Building For November 2020 General Election

The Heritage Building On Blue Stone Road will be used.

During its September 1, 2020 meeting, the Sandy Springs City Council approved a Resolution providing the Fulton County Board of Registration and Elections the use of the Heritage Building located at 6110 Blue Stone Road, as a polling site for the November 2020 general election and any subsequent runoff elections. The additional polling site is expected to be used to improve the voter experience in precinct SS07A/B/C. Due to the coronavirus, several traditional polling sites may not be available to use for this election.

Fulton County Board of Registration and Elections will have access to the building on the following dates:

  • November 2-4, 2020 for the General Election | Special Election
  • November 30 – December 2, 2020 – General Election | Special Runoff
  • January 4 – 6, 2021 – General Election Runoff for Federal Offices

Use of the property as a polling location would be at no charge to the Fulton County Board of Registration and Elections. The Resolution by the Sandy Springs City Council makes the site available as a polling location. The Fulton County Board of Registration and Elections will approve the final list of new polling places on Friday, September 4, 2020. The Fulton County Board of Registration and Elections will notify residents of any change in polling location. Residents can also check the My Voter Page on the Secretary of State’s website.
