Sandy Springs resident joins rapidly growing national mortgage company
Roxanne Jambor actively partners with clients and other professionals, taking a personal perspective on homeownership.
PrivatePlus Mortgage, a division of Private Bank of Buckhead, has named Sandy Springs resident Roxanne Jambor a Vice President and Mortgage Banker. She has been in the mortgage industry nearly 20 years, working on both the retail and wholesale sides, and has assisted over 2,500 families in achieving homeownership in Georgia, Florida, Texas, California, North Carolina, New York, and Virginia. PrivatePlus is based in Atlanta, and does business nationally.

Jambor specializes in the first-time buyer, as well as clients who work in the entertainment and movie industries. “Educating first-time buyers before they find a home is as important to me as attending all of my closings in person,” she says. “As for borrowers working in entertainment and movies, their incomes derive from many different projects, and I have mastered the successful loan submission for people working in their field.”
The Buffalo, New York-native also has a strong personal perspective on home ownership, having recently sold her fifth home. “I bought my first home at 19 and this eventually led me into my current career,” she says. “I believe anyone can be a home owner at any age. And I paid my first home off by the time I was 30, so I understand how to help home owners achieve their individual goals. I’m always here as a guide to help make the process as easy as possible.”
Jambor also focuses on programs that enable clients to purchase after bankruptcy, foreclosure or a short sale. “The credit issues related to these challenges have changed and are changing, so I help educate these borrowers about the possibilities,” she says.
Away from work, Jambor gives back to the community by donating platelets’ to the American Red Cross. She is an animal lover who has always adopted rescue pets…or they have rescued her. The former competitive diver is a Certified Scuba Diver, and a huge baseball fan – particularly the Braves. Jambor resides in Sandy Springs.
