The cities Sandy Springs, Brookhaven, and Dunwoody as well as the Perimeter Community Improvement Districts have partnered to conduct a study related to last mile connectivity in and around the Perimeter area. Thursday's open house will provide the community with information about the draft recommendations and solicit input from participants.

There will be identical presentations at 6:15, 6:45, and 7:15 p.m. Maps, study recommendations, and other materials will be on display with staff members available to answer questions and take in feedback.

Last mile connectivity addresses the connections between transit stops and stations or hubs, and final destinations such as residences, offices and retail areas. It also addresses multimodal connections within and between activity centers including Perimeter Center, providing people choices other than the automobile for shorter trips, or to connect longer trips.
