Sandy Springs Special Election Goes To Runoff
Neither of the five candidates who ran to replace Graham McDonald on the City Council received enough votes to avoid a runoff.

SANDY SPRINGS, GA -- The race to fill the District 3 seat on the Sandy Springs City Council will grind on a little longer.

With 1,907 ballots counted, candidates who received the two highest number of votes are Chris Burnett and Joe Housman. Other challengers were Brian Eufinger, Suzi Voyles and Larry Young.
