Sandy Springs Wants Input For Parks Master Plan
An open house on the Recreation and Parks Master Plan will be held at 6 p.m. Wednesday, April 18.

SANDY SPRINGS, GA — The city of Sandy Springs is developing a Recreation and Parks Master Plan that seeks to bolster the city's greenways, open spaces and trails. Residents are invited to provide feedback on the city's ideas at a open house scheduled for next week.
The open house will be held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday, April 18 at Sandy Springs City Hall. The city's Master Plan will assess the current inventory and determine the potential of adding more recreation and parks initiatives.
The planning team will present the findings from the research and analysis phase of the Master Plan. Following the presentation, attendees will participate in interactive exercises to provide feedback on issues, concerns, and ideas for the park facilities and programs in Sandy Springs.

Comments from this community meeting will help inform recommendations for the Park System Master Plan.
The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers at City Hall at 7840 Roswell Road Building 500 in Sandy Springs.
