Spartan Spectacular Funds North Springs Teacher Grants

Sandy Springs, GA -- The Friends of North Springs Foundation is inviting all alumni, parents, faculty, staff and community friends to the Spartan Spectacular Casino Night Party.

The fun and festive event, set for Saturday, Feb. 27, is the Foundation’s biggest fundraising event of the year. All proceeds will go towards teacher grants and special programs at North Springs Charter High School.

The school, now in its 53rd year of academic excellence, serves students in Sandy Springs, north and south Fulton County and beyond.

This year’s Spectacular will be held from 7 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. at the Country Club of Roswell, located at 2500 Club Springs Drive in Roswell.

Besides the traditional casino-type activities, the highlight of the evening will be the live auction for special items.

Online, remote and mobile bidding for the Silent Auction will begin Feb. 12 and continue through the event.

“The party will be a really fun evening with great food and drinks, a beautiful atmosphere, wonderful auction items and most importantly, the opportunity for parents and friends of North Springs to visit with teachers and staff,” said host committee chair Betty Klein. “We are excited about the live teacher auction being coordinated by Marcy Louza. It should be a great night.”

Tickets are $100 per person and can be purchased online at www.friendsofnorthsprings.com.

If you would like to participate in the auction, but cannot attend the event, you can bid (without buying a ticket) online and by texting FONS16 to 24700 when the silent auction bidding begins.
