Spooky Springs Brings Trick-or-Treating To Abernathy Greenway Park
This family-friendly event will be held Saturday, Oct. 29 in Sandy Springs.

SANDY SPRINGS, GA -- If you're wondering when you should take the little ones trick or treating next week, then the city of Sandy Springs could have an answer for you.
Spooky Springs will be held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 29 at Abernathy Greenway Park.
The event, hosted by Sandy Springs Hospitality & Tourism, will feature costumed characters frolicking about in a not-so-scary atmosphere for the children to enjoy.

Some of what you can expect include trick or treat candy stations, areas for face painting and photos and food for purchase from the Dogs on Wheels food truck.
Residents in adjacent neighborhoods are strongly encouraged to walk to the event, as there is limited parking. To that end, parking will be available at The Weber School and Sandy Springs Christian Church (on a limited basis) and shuttle buses will transport families to the park.

The only on-site parking that will be available will be for disabled motorists. The park is located at 70 Abernathy Road. Click here for additional details.
