Springmont congratulates our 2019 graduates - Nikki Collins, Nicolás Alejandro Lamps, Happy Leveson-Jones, Riley MacDonald, Sanaa Hallé Marshall, Brody Rohm, Lydia Schouest, Ellie Tinley, and Prince-Azaan Wells - who will attend the Atlanta Girls’ School, Campbell High School’s IB program, Chamblee Charter High School, The Galloway School, Mount Vernon Presbyterian School, North Springs Charter High School, The Paideia School and Walton High School.
As part of the 16th Commencement Ceremony held on Friday evening, May 24, 2019, each student delivered an address reflecting on their time at Springmont, thanking their teachers and parents, and offering advice for younger students. Several students commented on the collaborative nature of Springmont’s Middle School program while others noted that learning is more than exams and grades; it is about trying new things, discovering interests and passions and challenging yourself. In addition to the students’ speeches, Head of School Jon Alden, Board Chair Greg Lamps, and Associate Head for Upper & Middle Learning Nikki Torres shared congratulations, memories and words of wisdom.
